Our Story
SimpleStayChina was built to make cross-border rental research and communication easier for people moving to China. The platform brings together property information from local owners, agents, and operators so renters can compare practical details before deciding what to ask or book.
SimpleStayChina Limited is a Hong Kong company. SimpleStayChina may introduce renters to providers and support booking or payment communication, but it is not the owner or manager of the apartments listed on the platform.
The property provider handles the unit, local compliance, viewing or handover, maintenance, lease execution, and provider-side refunds or disputes. We state what is known about each listing and encourage renters to confirm current availability and terms before paying.
Our Operating Model
SimpleStayChina operates the platform and can provide renter communication, booking intermediation, and selected housing-payment support. Owners, agents, and operators provide the property, confirm availability, conduct viewings or handover where applicable, execute the lease, and handle property operations.
